EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange will only be done for sizing issues or defective items.
  • Exchange request shall be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After that, we will not be able to entertain any requests.
  • Customer need to self-ship the product to us within 2 days after the product delivery.
  • Exchange will be done only once for one piece.
  • All product tags should be intact and in their original packaging with invoice.
  • Products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment is received at our warehouse and checked for quality.
  • In case, the product fails our quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on BE INDI as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
  • We do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.


WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You can raise the return request from 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at online@beindifashion.com mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to be BE INDI office at her/his own risks, costs & responisbility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • The product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Account ' . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.

 

THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REGULAR RETUNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE.

 

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.:
