Return & Exchange

1. General Policy

At Be Indi Fashions Retail Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”), along with our Terms of Use, governs all return, exchange, replacement, and refund requests for products purchased from our website.

2. Return & Exchange Window

·         We offer a 15-day “No Questions Asked” return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

·         Requests raised after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.

·         For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

·         Claims raised after 48 hours for damaged, defective, wrong, or delayed deliveries will not be entertained, except in cases of force majeure events beyond our control.

3. Delivery & Packaging

Please check the package carefully before accepting delivery.

·         If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, kindly refuse delivery.

·         Upon refusal, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

·         Acceptance of visibly damaged or tampered packages shall be at the customer’s own risk.

4. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

·         They are unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition

·         Original price tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact

·         The product does not carry stains, perfume, sweat, detergent marks, or body odor

·         The item has no tears, dents, damage, or alterations

Returns may be initiated by submitting a return request on the website along with a copy of the invoice and reason for return.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted if:

·         The product has been used beyond trial for fit and comfort

·         The product has been washed or altered

·         Tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing or damaged

·         The serial number/barcode does not match our records

·         The product is part of a clearance sale or special promotion

·         The returned product fails our quality inspection

6. Refunds

·         Refunds will be processed only after successful quality checks at our warehouse.

·         Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

·         Bank processing timelines and deductions, if any, will be governed by your bank/payment provider.

·         Products failing quality checks may not qualify for refunds.

7. Reverse Pickup & Quality Check

·         Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to pick up the parcel from your registered delivery address.

·         All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to successful quality inspection by our team.

·         We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

·         In cases where products are found ineligible, we may dispose of the products without liability.

·         We also reserve the right to recover reverse logistics/shipping costs incurred for invalid return requests.

8. Exchange Policy

·         Exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability, including size and colour availability.

·         Only one exchange request per order/product will be permitted.
