1. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
2. We usually ship within 7-10  business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
3. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
4. If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and mail us at info@beindifashions.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Refused shipments:

When a customer decides to refuse any shipment from beindifashions.com then he/she would be accountable for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package (on both the or shipments), and the cost of returning the package to beindifashions.com
