The agreement between the customer and Be Indi Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

2. Be Indi Fashions shall not be held liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a card lies solely with the user, and the user must prove otherwise if required.

3. In the event an order is cancelled due to a website error, technical issue, or any other unforeseen reason, the customer will be informed within 24 hours.

4. If a non-delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to an incorrect name, address, or contact details, any additional cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

5. Currently, the services provided by Be Indi Fashions are offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce charges for any services or facilities at our sole discretion in the future.

6. Be Indi Fashions reserves the right to confirm and authenticate the information and details provided by the customer at any point in time. If any information is found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, or suspected to be used with malicious intent, we reserve the right to reject the order and restrict the user from future access or interactions with the website.

7. The color, texture, and appearance of garments displayed on the website may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting, screen settings, and display variations.

8. Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

9. Exchanges or returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Any item found to be damaged, altered, stained, soiled, or used will not be accepted and may be returned back to the customer.

10. By using this website and placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
